- PBM Full Body Panel w/ Stand – 5 years parts, 1 year labor
- Molecular Hydrogen Inhalation Device (H-1200 & H-2000) – 3 years parts, 1 year labor
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Capsule – 3 years parts (excluding Filters and O2 Sensors), 1 year labor
- Sonix Sonicwave Vibration Device (VM15 & VC15) – 3 years parts, 1 year labor
- Nanobubble Hydrogen SPA – 1 year parts and labor (Internal bubble generator); 2 years parts, 1 year labor (Non-bubble generating parts)
- Abdomen PBM – 1 year parts and labor
- Breast PBM – 1 year parts and labor
If shipping is required it is covered by Hue Light USA for the first year and after the first year it is the responsibility of the customer.

THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL PRODUCTS FOR SALE BY HUE LIGHT USA:
In the event of a warranty claim, Hue Light USA provides the following remedies and solutions to its customers:
1. Free After-Service Period: During the free after-service period, customers are entitled to receive warranty coverage without any additional charges. However, it should be noted that if the device is being used abnormally in unstable environments such as vehicles, cruises, boats, ships and planes, the free after-service period will be shortened to 50% of the original duration.
2. Paid Service: Once the free service period has ended, or for incidents not covered by the warranty, customers can still avail themselves of the service by paying a fee. The paid service includes per diem (transportation, lodging and labor) charges as well as the cost of any necessary replacement part(s).
3. Fee Disclosure and Customer Consent: Before providing any paid service, Hue Light USA will provide an estimate. This includes the costs associated with transportation, lodging, labor, and replacement parts. Upon receipt of paid consent and prepayment of repair estimate, Hue Light USA will schedule the repair.
4. Exchange: In the unlikely case of factory defects or malfunctions, customers who have purchased a device within 7 days will be eligible for a replacement with a new device. For devices purchased after 7 days, the standard after-service procedures will be applied to address any issues. The exchange option ensures that customers receive a functioning product in a timely manner.
5. Miscellaneous: This warranty does not cover any damage, loss, or cost associated with electrical surges or low power conditions. Specifically, the warranty excludes:
- Damage from Power Surges: Any damage resulting from voltage spikes or electrical disturbances, including those caused by lightning strikes, electrical grid fluctuations, or internal power surges within the building.
- Low Power Conditions: Any damage or malfunction caused by insufficient voltage supply, brownouts, or other low power conditions that result in inadequate power delivery to the product.
- Acts of G-d: Damage due to natural phenomena such as lightning strikes, hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding, wind storms, hail, earthquakes, fire, blizzards etc.
- Improper Installation: Damage resulting from improper installation or failure to comply with installation guidelines.
- Third-party Repairs: Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Note: To protect your product from electrical surges and low power conditions, it is recommended to use appropriate surge protectors and ensure a stable power supply.
5a) Unavailable Service on Products. If a customer takes the device apart, modifies it, and is unable to restore the device back to its original condition, service may not be available. It is important to avoid unauthorized modifications to the device to ensure its functionality and eligibility for warranty coverage.
5b) In cases where the device is damaged due to a natural disaster such as lightning, fire, earthquake, hurricane, or any other similar event, and it cannot be restored by replacing parts, service may not be available. Natural disasters are unpredictable events that are beyond the control of the manufacturer and are not covered under warranty.
5c) Instances falling under the above points 5a and 5b may not be eligible for refunds or replacements. It is crucial to handle and use the device responsibly and within its intended parameters to avoid these circumstances.
6. Non-Transferability of Warranties: Any warranties provided under this agreement are granted exclusively to the Purchaser and shall not be assigned, transferred, or otherwise conveyed to any third party.
These remedies and solutions are in place to ensure that customers receive appropriate support and assistance for their warranty claims. The provision of paid services allows for continued maintenance and repair of the products beyond the free service period, ensuring customer satisfaction and product longevity. The exchange option aims to provide flexibility and customer satisfaction in various warranty scenarios. Customers can choose the most suitable resolution based on their specific needs. These conditions are in place to ensure that warranty coverage remains applicable for defects in materials or workmanship and to establish limitations for situations that are beyond the control or responsibility of the manufacturer.
Customer Responsibilities- It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain the product properly, follow any instructions, and fulfill any requirements necessary to maintain the validity of the warranty. This may include regular maintenance, using the product as intended, and reporting issues promptly. Severability Clause- If any provision of the warranty is deemed unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Proof must be furnished to determine validity of the claim. It is the sole discretion of the manufacturer/distributor to determine the validity of the claim.

Arbitration Clause. All disputes or differences between Buyer/End User and Seller/Distributor arising under or which are related to this Agreement upon which an amicable understanding cannot be reached within thirty (30) days shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, except as hereinafter provided, and judgment upon the award entered by the arbitrators may be entered in any Court having jurisdiction thereof. The Court of Arbitrators provided for herein shall construe this Agreement in light of the prevailing custom and practices for the therapeutic device industry. The parties agree that this Court of Arbitrators, if implemented under this Agreement, shall be held at a site selected by the Arbitrators in the State of New York. The parties agree to arbitrate within thirty (30) days following the transmittal of written demand of either party to arbitrate any dispute arbitrable under this Agreement. Each of the parties shall appoint an arbitrator within thirty (30) days following notice of written demand to arbitrate, notifying the other party of the name and address of such arbitrator. The Court of Arbitrators shall not be bound by legal rules of procedure and may receive evidence in such a way as to do justice between the parties. The Court of Arbitrators shall promptly enter an award which shall do justice between the parties and the award shall be supported by a written opinion. The cost of arbitration, including but not limited to the fees of the arbitrators and attorneys, shall be borne by the losing party unless a Court of Arbitrators shall decide that, in light of the circumstances, such would be inequitable, in which case the arbitrators shall allocate costs among the parties.
