The warranty coverage for products is provided by Hue Light USA. Coverage includes a comprehensive after-service period for each product. By employing these standardized methods to establish the purchase date, Hue Light USA aims to provide a fair and reliable warranty coverage period for its customers. The after-service period is calculated from the purchase invoice date, ensuring that customers can avail themselves of the services provided within the specified warranty period.

Please note that this warranty coverage is subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined in the warranty agreement. Any additional exclusions or limitations related to the warranty coverage will be clearly communicated in the relevant product information. Warranty Period begins on the invoice purchase date.

The after-service period is calculated based on the invoice purchase date, which is standardized using the following methods:

  1. Serial Number on the Device: The purchase date is determined based on the serial number provided on the device. This allows for accurate identification and tracking of the product’s manufacturing and purchase timeline.
  2. Sales Invoice: The purchase date is established using the date specified on the invoice between Hue Light USA and the customer.

The duration of the warranty coverage:

  • Whole-Body PBM Chamber – 5 years
  • PBM Full Body Panel w/ Stand – 5 years
  • Molecular Hydrogen Inhalation Device (H-1200 & H-2000) – 3 years
  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Capsule – 3 years(excluding Filters and O2 Sensors)
  • Sonix Sonicwave Vibration Device (VM15 & VC15) – 3 years
  • Nanobubble Hydrogen SPA – 1 year (Internal bubble generator) 2 years (Non-bubble generating parts)
  • Abdomen PBM – 1 year
  • Breast PBM – 1 year

Circumstances or conditions under which the warranty may be voided may include misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or failure to comply with maintenance instructions.

The warranty coverage for the WHOLE-BODY PHOTOBIOMODULATION (PBM) CHAMBER provided by Hue Light USA is subject to certain exclusions and limitations. It is important to note that these exclusions are specific to the Whole-Body Photobiomodulation (PBM) Chamber and may not necessarily apply to other products offered by Hue Light USA. These exclusions are put in place to ensure that the warranty coverage remains valid for genuine defects in materials or workmanship and to discourage improper handling or misuse of the Whole-Body Photobiomodulation (PBM) Chamber. The following circumstances and conditions are excluded from the warranty coverage:

  1. Transportation Damage: The warranty does not cover damage that occurs to the external cover, other materials, and/or electronic line during transportation by anyone other than Hue Light USA or its designee working on behalf of Hue Light USA.
  2. Improper Power Installation: Issues that arise after installing the device to a power source that does not meet the addressed standard are excluded from the warranty coverage. It is essential to ensure that the Whole-Body Photobiomodulation (PBM) Chamber is connected to a recommended 220-volt outlet with a UPS Line Conditioner compliant with local building and electric code.
  3. Improper Use: Damage that occurs as a result of not using the device properly, as described in the accompanying manual, is not covered by the warranty. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and guidelines provided to ensure the correct usage of the Whole-Body Photobiomodulation (PBM) Chamber.
  4. Mistreatment: Any damage caused by the mistreatment of the device, including but not limited to physical abuse, excessive force, or improper handling, is not covered by the warranty. It is important to handle the device with care and use it in accordance with the provided instructions.
  5. Unauthorized Disassembly and Assembly: Any damage that results from taking apart or assembling the device without prior written permission from Hue Light USA is excluded from the warranty coverage. Customers should not attempt to disassemble or modify Whole-Body Photobiomodulation (PBM) Chamber without explicit written authorization or guidance from Hue Light USA.
  6. In the event the equipment needs to be relocated, please contact Hue Light USA for an estimate for the warranty to remain intact.
  7. Natural disasters.

The warranty coverage for the PBM FULL BODY PANEL W/ STAND provided by Hue Light USA is subject to certain exclusions and limitations. It is important to note that these exclusions are specific to the PBM Full Body Panel w/ Stand and may not necessarily apply to other products offered by Hue Light USA. These exclusions are put in place to ensure that the warranty coverage remains valid for genuine defects in materials or workmanship and to discourage improper handling or misuse of the PBM Full Body Panel w/ Stand. The following circumstances and conditions are excluded from the warranty coverage:

  1. Transportation Damage: The warranty does not cover damage that occurs to the external cover, other materials, and/or electronic line during transportation by anyone other than Hue Light USA or its designee working on behalf of Hue Light USA.
  2. Improper Power Installation: Issues that arise after installing the device to a power source that does not meet the addressed standard are excluded from the warranty coverage. It is important to note that these exclusions are specific to the Molecular Hydrogen Inhalation Device and may not necessarily apply to other products offered by Hue Light USA. These exclusions are put in place to ensure that the warranty coverage remains valid for genuine defects in materials or workmanship and to discourage improper handling or misuse of the Molecular Hydrogen Inhalation Device. The following circumstances and conditions are excluded from the warranty coverage:

  1. Use of Non-Sterile Distilled Water: The warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions that occur as a result of not using sterile distilled water in the device. It is essential to follow the provided instructions and guidelines, ensuring that only sterile distilled water is used to maintain the proper functioning of the Molecular Hydrogen Inhalation Device.
  2. Improper Power Installation: Issues that arise after installing the device to a power source that does not meet the addressed standard are excluded from the warranty coverage. It is essential to ensure that the MHID is connected to a compatible 110V outlet with a UPS Line Conditioner compliant with local building and electric code.
  3. Damage from Mishandling: Any damage that occurs to the device as a result of mishandling, such as dropping the device after moving it, is not covered by the warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle the Molecular Hydrogen Inhalation Device with care and take necessary precautions to prevent accidents or falls.
  4. Fire Hazard: Any issues that arise due to the placement of ignitable items or an open flame near the device, resulting in damage, are excluded from the warranty coverage. It is essential to keep the area around the device clear from any potential fire hazards.
  5. Unauthorized Disassembly and Assembly: Any damage that occurs after the device has been taken apart and assembled by an unauthorized person is not covered by the warranty. Customers should refrain from attempting to disassemble or modify the Molecular Hydrogen Inhalation Device without proper authorization from the manufacturer.
  6. Natural disasters.

The warranty coverage for the HYPERBARIC OXYGEN CAPSULE provided by Hue Light USA is subject to certain exclusions and limitations. It is important to note that these exclusions are specific to the Hyperbaric Oxygen Capsule and may not necessarily apply to other products offered by Hue Light USA. These exclusions are put in place to ensure that the warranty coverage remains valid for genuine defects in materials or workmanship and to discourage improper handling or misuse of the Hyperbaric Oxygen Capsule. The following circumstances and conditions are excluded from the warranty coverage:

  1. Improper Voltage Connection: Issues that arise due to improper connection of the device to its specified volt standard are excluded from the warranty coverage. It is important to ensure that the device is connected to a Dedicated 20 AMP 110V outlet with a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), Sine Wave Battery Back-Up System, with AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulation) and Surge Protection. Minimum 900-watt capacity compliant with local building and electric code.
  2. Damage from Mishandling: Any damage that occurs to the device as a result of mishandling, such as dropping the device after moving it, is not covered by the warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle the Hyperbaric Oxygen Capsule with care and take necessary precautions to prevent accidents or falls.
  3. Fire Hazard: Any issues that arise due to the placement of ignitable items or an open flame near the device, resulting in damage, are excluded from the warranty coverage. It is essential to keep the area around the device clear from any open flame or potential fire hazards.
  4. Unauthorized Disassembly and Assembly: Any damage that occurs after the device has been taken apart and assembled by an unauthorized person is not covered by the warranty. Customers should refrain from attempting to disassemble or modify the Hyperbaric Oxygen Capsule without proper authorization from the manufacturer.
  5. In the event the equipment needs to be relocated, please contact Hue Light USA for an estimate for the warranty to remain intact.
  6. Filters need to be changed every 6 months. O2 Sensors need to be changed once per year.

It is important to note that these exclusions are specific to the Sonicwave Vibration Exercising Device and may not necessarily apply to other products offered by Hue Light USA. These exclusions are put in place to ensure that the warranty coverage remains valid for genuine defects in materials or workmanship and to discourage improper handling or misuse of the Sonicwave Vibration Exercising Device. The following circumstances and conditions are excluded from the warranty coverage:

  1. Improper Voltage Connection: Issues that arise due to improper connection of the device to its specified volt standard are excluded from the warranty coverage. It is important to ensure that the device is connected to a compatible 110V outlet with a UPS Line Conditioner compliant with local building and electric code.
  2. Damage from Mishandling: Any damage that occurs to the device as a result of mishandling, such as dropping the device after moving it, is not covered by the warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle the Sonicwave Vibration Exercising Device with care and take necessary precautions to prevent accidents or falls.

Customers should refrain from attempting to disassemble or modify the Sonicwave Vibration Exercising Device without proper authorization from the manufacturer.

The warranty coverage for the ABDOMEN PBM IRRADIATOR provided by Hue Light USA is subject to certain exclusions and limitations. It is important to note that these exclusions are specific to the Abdomen PBM Irradiator, and may not necessarily apply to other products offered by Hue Light USA. These exclusions are put in place to ensure that the warranty coverage remains valid for genuine defects in materials or workmanship and to discourage improper handling or misuse of the Abdomen PBM Irradiator. The following circumstances and conditions are excluded from the warranty coverage:

  1. Transportation Damage: The warranty does not cover damage that occurs to the external cover, other materials, and/or electronic line during transportation by anyone other than Hue Light USA or its designee working on behalf of Hue Light USA.
  2. Improper Power Installation: Issues that arise after installing the device to a power source that does not meet the addressed standard are excluded from the warranty coverage. It is essential to ensure that the Abdomen PBM Irradiator is connected to a compatible 110V outlet with a UPS Line Conditioner compliant with local building and electric code.

The following circumstances and conditions are excluded from the warranty coverage:

  1. Transportation Damage: The warranty does not cover damage that occurs to the external cover, other materials, and/or electronic line during transportation by anyone other than Hue Light USA or its designee working on behalf of Hue Light USA.
  2. Improper Power Installation: Issues that arise after installing the device to a power source that does not meet the addressed standard are excluded from the warranty coverage. It is essential to ensure that the Breast PBM Irradiator is connected to a compatible 110V outlet with a UPS Line Conditioner compliant with local building and electric code.
  3. Damage from Mishandling: Any damage that occurs to the device as a result of mishandling, such as dropping the device after moving it, is not covered by the warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle the Breast PBM Irradiator with care and take necessary precautions to prevent accidents or falls.
  4. Fire Hazard: Any issues that arise due to the placement of ignitable items or an open flame near the device, resulting in damage, are excluded from the warranty coverage. It is essential to keep the area around the device clear from any potential fire hazards.
  5. Unauthorized Disassembly and Assembly: Any damage that occurs after the device has been taken apart and assembled by an unauthorized person is not covered by the warranty. Customers should refrain from attempting to disassemble or modify the Breast PBM Irradiator without proper authorization from the manufacturer.
  6. Natural disasters.

In the event of a warranty claim, Hue Light USA provides the following remedies and solutions to its customers:

  1. Free After-Service Period: During the free after-service period, customers are entitled to receive warranty coverage without any additional charges. However, it should be noted that if the device is being used abnormally in unstable environments such as vehicles, cruises, boats, ships and planes, the free after-service period will be shortened to 50% of the original duration.
  2. Paid Service: Once the free service period has ended, or for incidents not covered by the warranty, customers can still avail themselves of the service by paying a fee. The paid service includes per diem (transportation, lodging and labor) charges as well as the cost of any necessary replacement part(s).
  3. Fee Disclosure and Customer Consent: Before providing any paid service, Hue Light USA will provide an estimate. This includes the costs associated with transportation, lodging, labor, and replacement parts. Upon receipt of paid consent and prepayment of repair estimate, Hue Light USA will schedule the repair.
  4. Exchange: In the unlikely case of factory defects or malfunctions, customers who have purchased a device within 7 days will be eligible for a replacement with a new device. For devices purchased after 7 days, the standard after-service procedures will be applied to address any issues. The exchange option ensures that customers receive a functioning product in a timely manner.
  5. Miscellaneous:
    • Unavailable Service on Products. If a customer takes the device apart, modifies it, and is unable to restore the device back to its original condition, service may not be available. It is important to avoid unauthorized modifications to the device to ensure its functionality and eligibility for warranty coverage.
    • In cases where the device is damaged due to a natural disaster such as lightning, fire, earthquake, hurricane, or any other similar event, and it cannot be restored by replacing parts, service may not be available. Natural disasters are unpredictable events that are beyond the control of the manufacturer and are not covered under warranty.
    • Instances falling under the above points 5a and 5b may not be eligible for refunds or replacements. It is crucial to handle and use the device responsibly and within its intended parameters to avoid these circumstances.

These remedies and solutions are in place to ensure that customers receive appropriate support and assistance for their warranty claims. The provision of paid services allows for continued maintenance and repair of the products beyond the free service period, ensuring customer satisfaction and product longevity. The exchange option aims to provide flexibility and customer satisfaction in various warranty scenarios. Customers can choose the most suitable resolution based on their specific needs. These conditions are in place to ensure that warranty coverage remains applicable for defects in materials or workmanship and to establish limitations for situations that are beyond the control or responsibility of the manufacturer.

Customer Responsibilities: It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain the product properly, follow any instructions, and fulfill any requirements necessary to maintain the validity of the warranty. This may include regular maintenance, using the product as intended, and reporting issues promptly. Severability Clause- If any provision of the warranty is deemed unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Proof must be furnished to determine validity of the claim. It is the sole discretion of the manufacturer/distributor to determine the validity of the claim.

A Hue Light USA Service Representative will reply with a recommended resolution.

Arbitration Clause. All disputes or differences between Buyer/End User and Seller/Distributor arising under or which are related to this Agreement upon which an amicable understanding cannot be reached within thirty (30) days shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, except as hereinafter provided, and judgment upon the award entered by the arbitrators may be entered in any Court having jurisdiction thereof. The Court of Arbitrators provided for herein shall construe this Agreement in light of the prevailing custom and practices for the therapeutic device industry. The parties agree that this Court of Arbitrators, if implemented under this Agreement, shall be held at a site selected by the Arbitrators in the State of New York. The parties agree to arbitrate within thirty (30) days following the transmittal of written demand of either party to arbitrate any dispute arbitrable under this Agreement. Each of the parties shall appoint an arbitrator within thirty (30) days following notice of written demand to arbitrate, notifying the other party of the name and address of such arbitrator. The Court of Arbitrators shall not be bound by legal rules of procedure and may receive evidence in such a way as to do justice between the parties. The Court of Arbitrators shall promptly enter an award which shall do justice between the parties and the award shall be supported by a written opinion. The cost of arbitration, including but not limited to the fees of the arbitrators and attorneys, shall be borne by the losing party unless a Court of Arbitrators shall decide that, in light of the circumstances, such would be inequitable, in which case the arbitrators shall allocate costs among the parties.
